Meet our team below:
Dan Workmeister
Head Coach
Dan has been a head coach for over 5 years. Along with his natural leadership skills, he relentlessly pursues softball knowledge and the most effective ways to communicate this to his players. Dan is passionate about teaching the girls how to hone their skills, and even more passionate about teaching them how to succeed in anything they wish to pursue. He has a knack for identifying specific roles for each and every player to be a significant contributor. Dan is enthusiastic about building up players and developing successful teams.

Joe Ryan
Assistant Coach
Coach Joe joins Kingsville Kaos 18UB bringing years of baseball coaching know-how and a love for the game. A Calvert Hall alum, he recently coached their Freshman baseball team and spent eight years leading the White Marsh Warriors travel program...racking up 100+ wins along the way.
Known as a rules guru (with only two career ejections to prove it)! Coach Joe brings strategy, experience, and plenty of good humor to the Kaos dugout. He’s pumped to trade the baseball diamond for the softball field and help our athletes sharpen their skills and have fun doing it!
Peyton Macy
Assistant Coach
Coach Peyton graduated in 2019 from Elizabeth Seton High School in Blandensburg, Maryland. She went on to study Pharmaceutical Technician in College, achieving her certification in the field. Peyton brings a great deal of softball knowledge to our team as she played most of her adolescent & young adult years in recreational, travel and high school softball. She is excited to be part of our coaching staff & the Kaos Team.
Mandy Butz
Assistant Coach
Meet Coach Mandy!
Mandy has been passionate about softball for as long as she can remember, playing for 17 years, including four at McDaniel College, where she was team captain and an All-Conference player in 2024. Now studying for her Doctorate of Physical Therapy at UMB, Mandy combines her love of the game with her knowledge of health and fitness. She’s all about helping the next generation of players build skills, confidence, and a love for softball—all while having a ton of fun on the field!
Charlene Workmeister
Team Mom & Team Manager
Charlene is a Certified Holistic Health & Wellness Coach and a Certified Personal Trainer. With her extensive expertise, she supports both coaches and team members in achieving their comprehensive wellness and athletic performance goals. In addition to her wellness role, Charlene works closely with Coach Dan on administrative tasks, scheduling, and the management of our fundraising initiatives.
